What else can I use my map for?

Your map can be used for many purposes. It’s primarily designed as a tool for online leasing and for wayfinding, but SightMap users have found it a great resource for:

  • Giving apartment-hunters critical information about unit availability and location
  • An easy to access reference for leasing agents
  • Replacing print outs, white-boards, and Excel spreadsheets by keeping everyone on the same page about pricing and availability
  • For facilities teams to identify units and navigate the property
  • For new employees to learn their way around the property

I have a free map but I’d like to have premium features added

SightMap Mobile

How can I download the mobile app?

There is a SightMap app for iPhones and iPads. It can be easily installed from the App Store.

SightMap on the iOS App Store

I installed the SightMap app, but I can’t find my property on it

In order to make sure that unwanted users can’t view property information, you will first need to register everyone who needs the app. Just go here and you can add yourself and your users so we can get them registered.

Should I share the app with my residents?

The iOS app is intended for property staff and management, not for residents or visitors.

We recommend that you put your map on your website, and if you have a resident portal, that can also be a good place to embed it. Then your residents can access it online.

Is there a SightMap app for Android?

Not yet. Sign up for the SightMap newsletter and you’ll be the first one to hear when it’s launched. In the meantime, you can place SightMap on your website and it will look great on any mobile device.
